THE CITY OF ŠIBENIK

As the oldest native Croatian town on the coast, Šibenik has a rich cultural heritage that greatly contributes to its charm. Šibenik's central church, the Cathedral of St. James, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, as is the Fortress of St. Nicholas.
The city of Šibenik is home to four fortresses, each of which offers spectacular views of the city, the sea and the nearby islands, and each of them offers a unique and attractive tourist offer. Šibenik also offers a wealth of beautiful nature, surrounding islands and gastronomy with top-notch restaurants in the city center and surroundings.

NATIONAL PARK KRKA


Just a 20-minute drive from our villa is the Krka National Park, renowned for its many waterfalls, spectacular flora and fauna, and full of historical and archaeological remains.

 

LOCAL BEACHES

All the beaches are located between 10 to 25 kilometres from the estate.

Some of them are:
The Banj city beach which is located in the city itself.
The Rezalište beach in Brodarica which is located just outside the city, as well as the Žaborić beach which has a superb beach bar and restaurant  named Shark.
Then the beaches in Vodice which are only 10 minutes away from the villa - the most famous is the Blue Beach.

 

AMADRIA PARK- AQUAPARK DALMATIA

Certainly aquapark Dalmatia is the must-visit in Sibenik for families, or friends traveling together. You can find it near Sibenik, right next to Amadria (Solaris resort).  Furthermore, the resort also has a marina so your boat is safely docked, while you enjoy the first themed water park in the country. Indeed, this place offers various water activities, slides, waterfalls, sprinklers, nozzles, pools with special water effects, or a kid zone with a new fairy-tale cave. Also, there are a lot of attractive beaches, hotels with amazing pools and top restaurants in Amadria park all around.

Yes, pets are welcome at our property! Please let us know in advance what kind of pet you'll be bringing, so we can prepare accordingly.

Is housekeeping included in the rental?

Housekeeping services are not included in the rental price, but it can be arranged upon request for an addiotional fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to schedule cleaning during your stay.
